Color Works developed a comprehensive design strategy merging FF&E, custom art, project management, and interior design into one cohesive vision. Every choice—from color palette to placement—was guided by the goal of creating emotional connection and long-term value.
The lobby became the community’s bold statement piece. Where beige walls once dulled the atmosphere, a striking palette of crisp white and vivid blue now commands attention. Oversized art installations and dynamic finishes reflect Miami’s architectural vibrancy and coastal light. Rather than subdued and traditional, the space feels unapologetically modern—bright, confident, and memorable.
In the gym, energy and movement became the design language. Custom murals animate the walls in geometric bursts of navy, teal, and green—echoing the hues of ocean and palm. Natural light floods in, playing across invigorating ceiling accents and creating a space that motivates residents to move, breathe, and thrive.
The corridors, once overlooked, were transformed into connective art galleries. Durable new flooring anchors the design, while large-scale biophilic artwork brings continuity and depth to every floor. Each hallway now flows with rhythm and intention, echoing the tones of Miami’s natural landscape in a way that feels cohesive and elevated.
