Downtown Redmond has become a thriving tech corridor, drawing professionals who expect design-forward living spaces that blend work, leisure, and social connection. In a market where new builds emphasize amenities and lifestyle integration, The Triangle faced the challenge of repositioning its dated interior spaces to remain competitive and drive long-term resident retention.

Ownership sought to transform a poorly lit, enclosed amenity level into a signature experience that would resonate with its tech-savvy residents. Behind a custom-built hidden doorway disguised as a bookshelf, residents now discover a high-end social lounge evoking a 1920s speakeasy. Rich, dark finishes, uplighting, and layered textures amplify intimacy while maintaining elegance. The centerpiece is a fully appointed bar, complete with a built-in keg station, custom movable bar unit, and sleek glass shelving for sophisticated presentation. Classic entertainment elements such as ski ball add a playful counterbalance to the refined atmosphere.

Adjacent to this, the “work from home” suites and open lounge offer a contrasting spatial experience—bright, modern, and conducive to focus.
