ABOUT COLOR WORKS

Katie Decker-Erickson, Principal, started Color Works in 2007 to bring her knowledge of color theory to residential properties. Soon, organizations and business leaders were knocking on her door, eager to bring her talent for coloration into their own buildings.

OUR MISSION

We are a process-driven design firm with a mission to provide the greatest value to our clients through thoughtful and creative design. By using time-tested techniques coupled with industry specific software and creative problem-solving, we find the best solution to every design challenge. We enhance the user experience for all who enter our spaces through form and function while also building value into each and every project.

Color Works has now expanded to a full team focused on multifamily, commercial, medical, government, and education projects with an emphasis on services including full interior design plans, exterior design plans, paint color selection, art sourcing and installation, and photo renderings.

Our portfolio includes projects across the US. We work coast to coast, drawing on the cultural inspiration of the region. She is also proud to be a part of the Multi-Family Housing Association in Washington state.
