Nestled in the Southeast corner of the Denver metro, this multifamily complex had not had a refresh in quite some time. With great architectural lines that evoked a mid-century vibe, these elements needed to be accentuated while also masking some of the more tired parts of the property.
The natural blues of the Denver sky and other organic elements inspired the palette for this asset. Pulling in a sophisticated blue and then adding in a complementary gray created beautiful body colors. However, the fascia and windows needed accenting and the palette called for brightness in key areas. As a result, a crisp white was included as the lightest color in the palette. To anchor the colors, the stairs and front doors were painted into a rich black that didn’t contemporize the property too much but gave it the gravitas it was lacking.
As a result, this property that previously felt like a sea of beige, now has new life breathed into it for not only existing tenants but prospects as well. View the full result here!
